4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to use Ethix Pay services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities including money laundering, terrorism financing, gambling, or activities restricted by RBI or government authorities.

6. Transactions

All transactions are subject to successful processing. Ethix Pay is not responsible for delays caused by banks, networks, or third-party service providers. Transactions once processed cannot be reversed except as permitted by law.

7. Fees and Charges

Applicable fees will be communicated transparently. Ethix Pay reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice. All applicable taxes including GST shall be borne by the user.

8. Failed, Pending, and Reversed Transactions

Failed or reversed transactions will be settled as per RBI-prescribed timelines. Ethix Pay shall not be liable for indirect losses arising due to such failures.

9. User Obligations

  • Provide valid documents when requested.
  • Comply with KYC and re-verification requirements.
  • Not share account access with third parties.
  • Inform Ethix Pay of any compliance or legal issue affecting usage.

10. Data Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including RBI data localization requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and platform materials are the intellectual property of Ethix Pay Fintech Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Suspension and Termination

Ethix Pay may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, regulatory instructions, security risks, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ethix Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from third-party failures or force majeure events.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ethix Pay harmless from any claims, penalties, or losses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of applicable laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
